Words have power and it is important to continue to hone the art of wordsmithing in all its amazing forms.
In March 2017, the scenic areas around Guntersville, Alabama will become the weekend home for wordsmiths across writing genres and industries. The Mountain Valley Writers Conference will offer specific and actionable learning and connecting opportunities for all those that love words. Sessions consisting of 45-minute presentations and workshops offering 90 minutes of hands-on training will help attendees develop the tools required for lasting success in the industry.

Thursday, March 23 and Friday, March 24 will provide attendees with 10 hours of writing seminars and hands-on workshops. The conference schedule also makes room for connecting and networking time along with table discussions with the hosts and presenters.
Attendees will walk away with work in hand and contacts that can be used to create foundational relationships for the writing journey. They will experience the Lake Guntersville Region and share that experience with their readers and fans.
